Restrictions on concerts and festivals are lifted. Giorgi Ghibradze, Chief of the Operational Staff at the Interagency Coordination Council, stated about it after the meeting of the Coordination Council.
As Ghibradze explains, the mentioned events should be held in compliance with the existing regulations.
