Georgian citizens, along with residents of 32 other non-European Union countries, will be able to enter Greece with simplified rules starting today, the Georgian Embassy in Greece has announced.
Presenting an EU-recognised Covid-19 digital certificate, or meeting one of the following conditions, will ensure entrance to the country:
Vaccination at least 14 days prior to departure, or a certificate of vaccination valid for the nine months after the last dose
Certificate of recovery from Covid-19, issued on the 14th day after diagnosis, with validity of 180 days
Negative PCR test certificates received within the last 72 hours, or negative rapid test results received within the last 24 hours
All travellers will be required to complete a PLF form before leaving for Greece.
The Georgian foreign ministry said it was mandatory to fill in the electronic application 24 hours before departure, at the following website: https://travel.gov.gr/#/, adding family members could fill out a joint form.
